You deserve a break

Life can be tough, and when you’re stressed, it can be even more difficult to find the chance to unwind and relax

Our complementary therapies offer the chance to take a break from any worries you have, and enjoy the positive benefits of one of our healing sessions. These are by appointment only, available for all of our service users aged 18+

Our Reflexology Sessions are delivered on the first Wednesday of every month with the amazing Fiona Allan.

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It’s based on the theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems. Some of the benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, reduced pain and headaches, boosting of the immune system and improved circulation.

Please be aware that these sessions cannot be offered to those with the following conditions: foot fractures, unhealed wounds, gout/gangrene or any vascular disease within the foot/legs as well as those with cellulitis, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and verruca. These sessions are by appointment only.
