Our CoWL cards allow carers and disabled people to make the most of West Lothian businesses with generous discounts while providing proof of your disability or caring role.
Available to all our adult carers and disabled people, our CoWL card gives the opportunity to provide proof of your disability or caring role, with the option to add details of an emergency contact.
With access to the card, we hope that you can feel confident showing it to GPs and other healthcare professionals to prove your role.
With a small fee of £10, the card lasts 2 years and will also grant you access to enjoy some local discounts throughout West Lothian. We’re always adding to our list of available partners, so please scroll below to see what we have on offer!
