The group offers a friendly, safe space to share experiences and support each other. You can join us on your own or with the person you support. Cyrenians OPAL will be there to provide dementia friendly activity based support so you can enjoy a cuppa and a chat.
Meet on the 1st Friday of each month at Craigsfarm Community Hub from 10.30am-12pm.

We’re hosting information sessions for parent carers supporting a child with additional support needs. Each session will focus on a different topic to help you feel more informed, confident and connected.

Are you concerned about the future care needs of a loved one with a long-term illness, memory difficulties or dementia?
Come along to our community event focused on planning for the future and understanding care options with a wide range of stalls, including:
West Lothian Day Care providers Home Safety Service Crisis Response Team Ageing Well Scottish Fire & Rescue Service Visibility Scotland ...and many more!
This event is being hosted by MIST (Memory Information Support Team) which is a partner project including CoWL, Cyrenians OPAL, Foodtrain and NHS Lothian.
