Relax and absorb the experience and your surroundings as you are guided step-by-step into the water. Learn how to use your breathing productively and understand the many benefits and safety considerations of outdoor dipping and swimming in cold water.

The session is not about distance swimming, it is to enable you to safely and comfortably experience the therapeutic benefits of the cold.

When: Tuesday 19th May and Thursday 20th August, 10.00-11.30am (approx.)
