Cold Water Therapy & Swimming (Copy)

We are delighted once again to be partnering with Jenny from The Cold Water Therapist to offer carers a cold water therapy & outdoor swimming small group introductory session.

This is an introduction to the basics and safety of cold water therapy and outdoor swimming.
Relax and absorb the experience and your surroundings as you are guided step-by-step into the water. Learn how to use your breathing productively and understand the many benefits and safety considerations of outdoor dipping and swimming in cold water.

The session is not about distance swimming, it is to enable you to safely and comfortably experience the therapeutic benefits of the cold.
More information on The Cold Water Therapist can be found here: www.thecoldwatertherapist.co.uk

When: Tuesday 19th May and Thursday 20th August, 10.00-11.30am (approx.)
