Support group for carers supporting someone with memory difficulties or a new dementia diagnosis. This is a great opportunity to meet other carers in a similar caring role to you.

The group offers a friendly, safe space to share experiences and support each other. You can join us on your own or with the person you support. Cyrenians OPAL will be there to provide dementia friendly activity based support so you can enjoy a cuppa and a chat.

Meet on the 1st Friday of each month at Craigsfarm Community Hub from 10.30am-12pm.
